WHERE: Hwy 14/S. Main St between Pennsylvania Ave. and Randall St. Detours will be provided and identified with signage.
WHEN: 4am Monday, March 16 - **5pm Wednesday, March 18
WHY: CSX Transportation will be working on railroad ties in that area.
